About us

Showroom

We are a small independent company, making  customer service our top priority. There is no time limit set by us as to how long we spend with a potential client.  Each customer has different needs.  Our emphasis is firmly placed on matching our client's requirements to the scooter or any other product they may be considering.

We always show a range of scooters, including second-hand, covering all price ranges and will explain to the customer the features and benefits and any drawbacks of each machine.  The customer can then make an informed decision.

Showroom

When you visit us to try our range of pavement and road going scooters, you will be able to try each vehicle on a variety of outdoor surfaces. We believe it is important to experience the conditions you are likely to expect your scooter to cope with. Our trial areas include tarmac and concrete, crushed tarmac and uneven grass.

You will be tutored by Director, Michael Lockwood,  who will make sure that you are fully aware of the features and benefits of each vehicle and what it can offer you. You will be shown the do's and dont's of handling each vehicle, as well as ensuring that you know how to cope with manoevering  the scooter on slopes and drop curbs.

Your physical abilities will also be fully taken into account when recommending a scooter to you. We welcome your healthcare professional to accompany you, and are very happy to work with them in order to best accommodate your individual needs.
