Any pre-owned item has to go through our workshop for testing and servicing prior to being displayed for sale in our showroom. The batteries will be tested and will be replaced if found not to reach a pass rating. Any scratches or body work repairs undertaken will be pointed out, and as much of the product's history as is known will be advised.

It is sometimes possible for us to link up by computer into the 'brains' of the scooter or powerchair in order to ascertain how many hours use the machine has had.

Electronic components such as controllers, unfortunately cannot be tested for possibe future problems. However, for products under 6 years old we offer the option of   extended warranty insurance cover.

Our aftercare for a pre-used item is the same as that for a new product.
